Welcome

In October of 2022 I took the plunge to prove to people I was not funny. I had an absolute blast. 

My whole life I have loved to make people laugh. Even if that meant I was being awkward or silly, I just knew I greatly enjoyed it. When I was young I used to be amazed by how the comedians could get the crowd to forget, even just for a moment, their troubles. 

Being a dad to 7, yes 7 children. Has given me a great outlook and lots of material. But there is no greater title I can hold but dad. Being the age I am, and overcoming some rough obstacles in life I decided to try my hand in stand up comedy, just to prove to some that I was just not funny at all. I was able to get a hold of Showtime Comedy in St Catharines, Ontario and booked a set on stage. In October of 2022 I was called for the first time on to the stage. Having some anxiety, I was very nervous and was 100% sure I was going to bomb and be able to say "see, I am not funny!!". As I got into comedy to prove to some people I was not funny. But fortunately that did not happen. I was taken, on how supportive the fellow comedians that night were. I was not sure what my next steps were to be. Fast forward to January of 2023 I went up for my second time and I have been hooked ever since.

I have had the incredible pleasure of opening for the likes of Kyle Lucey, Jason Allen as well as the Garden City Comedy Festival and many others. I am a multiple award and contest winner. My greatest win though is the laughter I receive from any crowd, it does not matter if there is only one or two in the crowd or a sold out show. I give every performance 100%.

I have also shifted into hosting shows and events. I thoroughly enjoy doing these. As well I have made the move to also start producing shows. I produce a monthly show at Spotlight Comedy in St Catharines. The Comedy Carnival series is an up and coming show that is quite successful. All this is allowing me to keep pushing myself to bigger and greater things!

I am looking forward to this chapter in my life and very excited for this journey and so much more as my youngest has gotten into stand up as well (he started when he was 10!)

I would like to give a big thank you to everyone who has supported me in this chapter. Fellow comedians, friends, family and especially to my wife and children who have understood and had patience and lots of love for me. I love each and every one of you.
